Samsung Galaxy S8: Photos, Release Date, & Concepts Leaked Online?
Korean tech company Samsung has been busy in clearing the inventory of its Galaxy S7. Now, its successor for its Galaxy 7 Samsung Galaxy S8 has been reported that its photos and released date have been leaked online.
Although last year, Samsung had a problem with its Samsung Galaxy Note S7 (actually even its washing machines have been recalled because of explosion reports), some of its loyal customers are still hoping for its the brand new product. Samsung Galaxy S8 is one of the anticipated smartphones for this year. Because of that, there are rumors spreading accross the web that the Korean tech giant will launch event on March 29 to introduce Galaxy S8.
The rumors related to the Galaxy S8 continue as the images of this upcoming phone has been leaked online. Express UK has obtained of the said photos of the Samsung Galaxy S8.
According to the rumors, the successor of S7 sports dual-curved, bezel-less display. It also comes with larger battery cell and has an iris scanner for security purpose.
The latest rumor suggests that S8 will be shipped into two models. Both models sport a dual-curved, edge-to-edge display.
S8 is expected it has a large 5.8-inch Quad HD display and a 3,250mAh battery. Samsung maintains the same footprint of Galaxy S7 for S8.
The upcoming handset is expected to come with a 6.2-inch QHD AMOLED display model, with a hefty 3,750mAh cell. This model is called Galaxy S8 Plus.
When it comes to internal memory, Galaxy S8 model has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. As of the moment, the prices for two models of Galaxy S8 have not yet been revealed.
Samsung ditched the physical buttons of S8 so they can accommodate larger displays, according to CNET Korea (via Express UK). A Chinese tipster said that " those who opt for the top-of-the-range model won't get much change from $1,000 - £800 converted."
