The LG G3 and Samsung Galaxy S5 are battling it out every day for consumers, so for those who are seriously trying to compare the devices before making a purchase, a new breakdown from Techno Buffalo could really help clarify things.

In a full camera battle video, the website pitted the G3 vs. the GS5 for everything from their camera apps, ability to handle various lighting conditions, video and, of course, image quality. While the video below will offer a complete breakdown here are a few points to consider:

-The G3 has less camera features out of the box, but is simpler to use.

-The G3's auto-focus makes taking quick shots much easier, but the camera can "struggle in lower light" conditions.

-The Galaxy S5 has an edge with its "endless shooting modes, and enough options to tweak you'd think you were using a DSLR."

Specs-wise, the G3's camera features a 13MP sensor with OIS and laser auto-focus that can shoot 4K UHD, while the S5 packs a 16MP sensor, digital stabilization software and 4K.

As we reported a few weeks ago, Youtube user SuperHDView has also uploaded a great 4K comparison of the smartphones, which covers everything from standard shots to closeups:

Consumers searching for the best battery life out of the flagship smartphones on the market, meanwhile, should look to the G3, BGR reports.

The new LG flagship smartphone easily beat out its competition in a new battery comparison test, which is a truly amazing feat considering the device features some major specs, including a 5.5-inch 2K display.

PhoneArena's test, which previously indicated that the Galaxy S5 had "tablet-grade" battery life, showed that even the new Samsung flagship could not keep up with G3, which turned in an amazing 8 hours and 50 minutes. The GS5, meanwhile, finished in 8 hours and 20 minutes.

The rest of the Android and Apple flagship competitors fell even farther behind the leader, with the Sony Xperia Z2 placing third in 8 hours and 10 minutes, the HTC One M8 fourth in 7 hours and 12 minutes and the Apple iPhone 5S finishing with just 5 hours and 2 minutes. The 5S was actually sixth, as the G3's predecessor, the G2, came in fifth with a time of 6 hours and 48 minutes.
