The All New HTC One will also release in a Google Play Edition, according to @evleaks. The trusted leaker recently tweeted that the Google Play version will be unveiled following the M8's March 25 announcement, though it was not made clear whether the GPE will release alongside the standard model or whether HTC is planning staggered releases. With no rumors floating around about a Galaxy S5 Google Play Edition, HTC may be able to sway a few consumers from rival Samsung. A mini All New One model has also been rumored.
Another recent leak about the upcoming HTC smartphone suggests there will also be a very cool-looking flip cover case that will allow users to quickly see their information. Like the Google Play model news, the update comes via @evleaks, who added a photo of the case (below) along with the caption, "Holes. Time. Colors." While details are unknown, as Techno Buffalo notes, it is possible that the colors could change given weather changes or the time of day. It's also not clear whether users would be able to access any other notifications with it.

The All New HTC One has leaked again in a press image, with @evleaks posting yet another shot of the upcoming smartphone, this time with a close look at the M8's dual camera setup. Evleaks previously leaked a press shot of the New One in gold and two others showing it in silver and gray. Though the smartphone's dual sensors specs have shown up in numerous leaked photos and reports, the feature has only been teased by HTC. The new image shows off new One's dual-tone LED flash, which GSM Arena notes looks similar to the one packed into the iPhone 5S. Certainly an intriguing element of the smartphone's design, the second camera's function is still unknown. Rumors suggest zoom and focus enhancement, with one report claiming that the M8's second camera will allow users to take photographs using the bokeh technique. Bokeh, popular in portrait photography, refers to a blur caused by a photo with short-depth focus. According to the Pocket-Lint report, the second camera will be controlled by an app bundled with the phone, making the M8 the first of its kind to hit the market. The next-gen smartphone has been rumored to feature a 4.7-inch display, just like the One, with 1080p resolution, according to trusted leaker, @evleaks.
Other specs rumors for the device suggest a 2,900mAH battery, which would be a step up from the 2,300mAH packed into the HTC One, a microSD card slot, a fingerprint sensor and Android 4.4 KitKat. evleaks also previously revealed that the smartphone will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 system-on-chip (SoC). Five color options have been rumored for the device—aluminum (same as the One), dark gunmetal, red, gold, and blue.
