Here's What You Might Expect on 'Frozen 2'
Fan-favorite "Frozen" is set to release its sequel "Frozen 2" and there have been news updates on its plot and release date. The news that there will be a sequel to the beloved sister duo is no surprise as it was already released since 2015. Disney has started working on the sequel perhaps before its announcement to the public.
Before "Frozen 2", Disney even played around with the fans by giving a peep of the sisters through their Disney short called "Frozen Fever." This made fans even more excited as the plot of the sequel has not been released YET. The Telegraph gave some viable speculations on the movie. One such speculation is that "Frozen" would not be released this year rather some time in 2019 saying that Disney has already named the projects for 2017 and 2018 and "Frozen 2" was not mentioned at all.
About the making of Disney's "Frozen 2," the company's CEO Robert Iger said: "We're not demanding speed; we're demanding excellence." With that statement, you can already speculate that it won't be released early ('Frozen' was released two years after it got the go signal) but when it comes out, it will sure be a feast for the eyes and would yet again bring movie magic to us.
There is a large guarantee that Idina Menzel and Kristen Bell will be coming back to voice Elsa and Anna in "Frozen 2" granting that their pay will be sorted out. However, the two did "Frozen Fever" so there is a high chance that they will also be doing this sequel. Another clue was the not-so-subtle tweet made by Kristen Bell with her carrying a bag of ice cubes and another of her sleeping on the said bag.
However, Disney is not disappointing fans by giving them little trinkets as they prepare for the movie release of "Frozen 2". For starters, Collider mentioned in their article that there will be a Christmas special this year starring Olaf. Another one is that there would also be a Frozen musical come 2018 and they even made a site specifically on that. These are bound to make the wait for the sequel bearable for the Disney/''Frozen" fanatics.
