Take A Look At The New Power Rangers In Their International Poster
Compared to the classic and iconic Power Rangers known in the 90s, the new version right now has come a long way. Their costumes are featured in the release of their international poster for their upcoming movie. Is nothing short of modern.
Although the Power Rangers has been known to have more than one version. The series still exists and the others prior to that shows the different costumes, characters, skills, and plots of this band of heroes. One thing that hasn't changed is their hero names (opting to remain as Red Ranger, Blue Ranger, Pink Ranger, Yellow Ranger, and Black Ranger).
The poster featured in IGN's official site was taken from Twitter and shows the Power Rangers wearing their symbolic suits. The poster also shows a short tagline that says, "Together We Are More." This phrase perfectly fits the plot of the movie as it revolves around a group of unlikely teenage misfits who soon discover their purpose and find themselves in the midst of the deadly Rita Repulsa. At the bottom of the poster are just two words: "Go Go" along with their infamous logo. This clearly refers to the classic catchphrase "Go Go, Power Rangers."
What makes the poster of the Power Rangers give the distinction between its classic costumes is that the modern ones seem to have a metallic finish. Their suits appear to be shiny and not the spandex we are used to. The overall feel of the poster hints at a slightly darker story than the regular series gives out. The international poster came out second to another poster of theirs (by IGN) that show the Rangers along with their zords leaping into action. The movie would surely bring old fans together and undoubtedly gain new fans to the franchise.
