Natuzzi Italia Holds its First Exhibit at Neocon

Natuzzi Italia exhibited at NeoCon in Chicago for the first time at booth 7-4050. Natuzzi’s collection highlighted the current transition that the company experiences. Most of their product offerings emphasize on technical innovation as Natuzzi Italia aims to become a part of the larger A&D community for high-end residential, commercial and hospitality design.

Natuzzi Italia has created a name in leather products but recently, they have expanded in using a more diverse range of textiles as well as color palettes. The company will also be releasing a collection of furniture and furnishings such as beds, storage systems, tables, lighting and decors. It continues its mission to be a dedicated resource of living environment which are entirely “Made in Italy.”

Natuzzi has also collaborated with Formway Design, a New Zealand furniture design firm, in creating the Re-vive chair. The Re-vive chair features technical seating innovation wherein the user controls the chair through his weight rather than the use of locks and levers. This furniture design is the world’s first performance recliner and is expected to change the way residential reclining chairs will work. With Natuzzi and Formway Design, they are able to combine the comfort of residential seating to the ergonomics of commercial furniture.

Aside from Natuzzi Italia’s NeoCon booth, the company also exhibited a separate Re-vive Lounge on the seventh floor of Merchandise Mart. Guests are invited to relax, lounge, recharge and experience the comfortable luxury of Re-vive. Visitors are also encouraged to tweet, take photos and share their experience with Re-vive chair to their friends through social media. Natuzzi Italia also introduced the Natuzzi Design Studio to further establish their identity and reach out to the A&D community. The studio aims to expand their reach through different industries, design schools and retail partners.
