Beasley and Henley Interior Design Completes Modera Prime 24 In Florida for the Young Urbanite
A newly completed project by award-winning firm Beasley and Henley Interior Design caters to the appeal of the urban and beach-going millennial. The project called Modera Prime 235 was commissioned specifically to the interior design firm by Mill Creek Residential Trust, a high-end developer group. MCRT wanted to create a community with a trendy and urban feel in its design and the design company did just that from space planning, conceptualization, material specification and furnishings of the entire amenity.
Modera Prime 235 is described by MCRT as “artful” and “urban”. The complex is composed of 309 units of urban mid-rise residences just within the locality of the popular Beach Drive and waterfront district of St Petersburg FL.
Troy Beasley, Beasley and Henley’s principal designer said, “The location of Prime allowed us to really have fun with the design we wanted to create for this clientele.” He added, “ We created it as ‘artful’ and ‘urban’ and also social and approachable which is perfect for this highly social, highly tech savvy renter.”
The company’s design covers an entry area which was inspired by a boutique hotel. Spaces have partitions using architectural metal curtains. The cyber cafe was designed to look like a modern library with its sleek and playful lighting elements. There is also a two-story glass conference room which looks out to the lobby. The design team also developed two apartments with transitional themes.
The award-winning design firm has created its identity from designing boutique interior spaces, luxury model units and high-end private residences all throughout the United States. The company offers services ranging from interior design, interior detailing, furnishing, drawings and interior design specifications.
