Headington Companies' 10,000 square foot food complex will soon rise in Design District of Dallas. The Wheelhouse, Sassetta and Go Go will serve different flavors for its guests. At the moment, the trio's construction is now underway and soon to open.
According to Dallas Observer, a local newspaper, Olson Kundig is the designer of the three Design District new food hubs. The Seattle-based architectural firm is known all over the world for its stunning structures.
The developer behind The Joule will one again rock Dallas with Olsun Kundig's brilliant architecture and design. In essence, its mix of nature, culture and environment makes it different from the rest of its competitors. Most of its work's centers on how its beneficial as well to people's lives.
At the moment, Olsun Kundig's Wheelhouse will be the first to have its grand opening this March 25. The modern American gatropub will soon bring its homemade menus of lunch and dinner 24/7. Part of it will be black pepper and coriander beef jerky, pastrami pork ribs, grain salad, beer-battered Atlantic codfish and craft cocktails.

Sassetta, the Italian eatery is created by Olsun Kundig to look like a European mix of contemporary style and Harry's Bar in Venice. Its said that its full-flavored pizzas are really must-try. Though, its opening date will still be on April.
On the other hand, the third Olsun Kundig master piece Go Go will be a grab and go. Those always in a hurry are its prime market. Fresh roasted artisanal coffee andhouse baked goodies will be in its menu. To take note, it will also offer in-house delivery for nearby areas.
Lastly, Chefs Brian Zennerand Michael Sindoni will be leading Headington Companies' new restaurants' culinary operations in the Design District. With Olsun Kundig's amazing structure and the two's gastronomic food, everything will definitely be a hit.
