Celine Dion Hopes To Say Good Bye To Florida Mansion With $10 Million Price Reduction
Recent news has been released about the current real estate status of Celine Dion's 10,000 square foor mansion in Florida. The home rests on a 5.7 acre lot and was originally listed at $72.5 million.
Currently, we have learned that the estate price has been reduced by $10 million with no understanding or known reasoning for the price drop. According to the NY Daily, "Broker Joseph Montanaro of Sotheby's International Realty declined to comment on the price cut."
The structure on Jupiter Island is a five bedroom, five bathroom home with the ideal amenities that a several million dollar listing should entail. The property includes "a formal living room with high vaulted ceilings, a media room, a wraparound terrace, and two decks. The master bedroom has a closet fit for a diva, with automated carousels for clothing and shoes."
The land is something of its own, with three great pools, a poolside seating area with fireplace, and with plenty of space, there is a personal water park equipped with slides and a bridge over a "lazy river."
Further activities amidst Dion's custom built pad include a golf range, tennis court and a guest wing. The property is fairly new as the home was recently completed in 2010, when they purchased the land for $19.5 million.
The buyer will be one lucky individual or family, as Dion is selling the property with almost all of the furnishings within their Bahamian-style home.
