T3 Architecture Asia Designs Green Solution Approach; An End For Air-Conditioning Dependence
The Green solution approach can be the next thing in the field of architecture when T3 Architecture Asia introduced eco-friendly design to cool down buildings. Air-conditioning may no longer be needed even in the humid tropics.
The founders of T3 Architectures Asia Charles Gallavardin, Tereza Gallavardin, Thang Le Hoang and in partnership with Environmental Engineer Jonathan Trouillon decided to come up an effortful project of bringing new types of building with less to no dependence on air-conditioning, published on CNN Style. Their expertise in contemporary Interior Design & Heritage preservation is directly incorporated into the modern style approach and putting elements of a green solution approach.
The demand of producing a sustainable design is increasing on which T3 Architecture Asia through Architects Charles Gallavardin and wife Architect Tereza Gallavardin who specializes in green architecture developed a systemized green solution that gives perspective on the buildings they designed. Considering the humidity in Asia, with the present status of building patterned from western countries, they will really require air-conditioning.
Charles Gallavardin said in an interview with City Pass Guide, Saigon is one of the more polluted cities in Asia now. There is a huge issue concerning air pollution. The demand for energy is getting higher than what can be produced." The T3 architecture Asia founder added, "What we can see for many years is that Vietnam is mainly doing a "copy-paste" of buildings they saw in Western countries with full glass facades but they didn't realize that the climate is totally different and that they have to create their own style to make their building more appropriate to the climate like adding a green solution aspect, to save energy, save costs from air-conditioning and make the building more comfortable."
Implementing energy efficient buildings and incorporating a green solution approach in Vietnam and other humid countries in the region. T3 Architecture Asia commits itself to designs adhering to climate change and addresses energy issue. Ask authorities to require investors in sustainability investment for 20 years, and train students and educate professionals about the significance of their projects
