Meg Ryan Sells SoHo Home For $10.9 Million; Details Here
Actress Meg Ryan has opted to but her SoHo loft up for sale and it is now on the market for $10.9 million. The actress' listing features three bedrooms and three bathrooms along with an elegantly decorated living space.
The listing of Meg Ryan's SoHo loft was first reported by the Wall Street Journal, the report claims that Ryan purchased the floor space from Hank Azaria back in 2013. The actress purchased the loft from the actor known for his role in "The Simpsons" and proceeded to renovate the property.
The SoHo home in Mercer Street is now on the market under listing agent Barbara Hochhauser from the Corcoran Group. The apartment boasts a price of $10.9 million despite Ryan's initial purchase from Azaria at $8 million. According to DNA Info, city records prove that the actress has renovated the loft extensively whereas the 4,100-square-foot-space now features a handy key-lock elevator in order to access the loft.
The same report claims that the SoHo loft owned by Meg Ryan includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is also the availability of a formal dining room and living room matched with a fancy fireplace. The floors are crafted in an ebony-colored hardwood with exposed bricks. Moreover, the pad also features beautiful floor-to-ceiling French doors as the opening to the gorgeously crafted living space.
As for the kitchen, Corcoran claims that the loft contains a spacious eat-in kitchen with custom made cabinets courtesy of Fine Woodwork. The pad also boasts marble shelves and counter tops along with white subway tiles for the Viking Professional Range to occupy. The said cooking range features six burners and a grill, while two stainless steel refrigerators are also present along with a Bosch dishwasher.
Moreover, the Meg Ryan's SoHo loft also includes a service hall located in the foyer, as well as additional closets and storage space. The property is located at 84 Mercer St on the 5th floor. Apparently, the pad is Ryan's ninth renovated home and it is indeed a unique listing in today's market as it proves to be well thought out and stunning.
