Last year, actress Jodie Foster listed her Los Angeles home for $6.399 million in June. The 6,060 square foot structure consists of five bedrooms, six bathrooms, an entertainment area and a beautiful courtyard leading to an outdoor pool.
Over the past year, Foster had lowered the price down to $6 million, and a few months later in March, reduced the asking price to $5.75 million. Curbed reported that the Spanish-style home, which sits cozy in the Hollywood Hills, has finally been sold for $4.995 million.
The Academy Award winner had originally purchased the place from model/actress Cheryl Tiegs in 1995, where the property has rested above Sunset strip since 1935. The interiors feature an open space design, a large master bedroom with a sauna and fireplace, along with an office attached to guest quarters.
Where is Foster living now? She had reportedly purchased a five-bedroom home in Beverly Hills for $11.75 million a few years ago.
