John Legend And Wife Chrissy Teigen Selling Their Los Angeles Pad For $2 Million
The romantic and fun-loving couple, John Legend and Chrissy Teigen, are selling their Los Angeles home in the Hollywood Hills for $1.995 million. Grammy Award-winning musician Legend has used the home to record several of his most recent songs from the album, "Love in the Future."
The three-bedroom, 2,000-square-foot home has become too small for the duo, as they are ready to expand, according to the Wall Street Journal. The 1960s property has "an Asian temple kind of vibe to it," Legend stated. While they love to entertain guests, cook and relax in this serene atmosphere, it is time to move onto something larger. The property has seen its fair share of famous celebs. Even Oprah paid a visit to John's first Los Angeles home.
It has been reported that while New York City is their primary home base, the couple is still looking for a property in Hollywood Hills, just further west.
The design of their current house entails Asian influences, a private garden, freestanding basalt bathtub and pond, along with a wooden hot tub. The open space living is an ideal set up for entertaining and inviting people to enjoy the outdoor landscape and large deck.
