Lady Gaga has officially purchased her first California home, or mansion, for $23 million according to TMZ. The 6-acre Malibu estate was sold by Dan Romanelli, the founder of the Warner Bros. Worldwide Consumer Products Division, and was represented by real estate agency The Agency.
The property looks like quite the classy, mature aesthetic for the eccentric celebrity, but contains some interesting elements that deem unusual for most homeowners. The structure has an underground "batcave" with a "secret door" access, a two-lane bowling alley, a safe room, an eight-horse stable and bocce ball court.
For the more fundamental aspects of the home, it consists of five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a beautiful wine cellar, a saltwater pool, an office with attachment gym and elevator, and a guest cottage. The mansion sits nicely across from Zuma Beach, with majestic ocean views.
Life looks promising for the soon-to-be-Californian Lady Gaga. Take a look inside here.
